Hello Everyone! We hope you had a fun and safe end to your summer, lucky for us Orange County people, staying outside is quite easy. With warm weather still around, the beaches are still crowded and restaurants/patrons alike are taking advantage of the expanded outdoor dining options. If you ask me, it almost feels like we are in Europe, just with a lot more face masks. This month, we would like to say thank you to the front line workers, especially those working in our local hospitals, keeping everyone safe. We were so grateful to help UCI Hospital build out their new suites at City Tower over the summer, and are so happy with the final result!

Located just a block away from the UCI hospital in Orange, City Tower is home to many of UCI’s administrative offices, and UCI occupies several of the 20 floors there. This project that was completed just a week ago was a full build out of the 5th floor, separated into three different offices for the divisions sharing the floor. Encompassing nearly 19,000 square feet, project manager Nick Curci and superintendents Shawn Higgins/Mike Key were able to complete this 16 week project on time and under budget. It is a blessing every time we have the opportunity to work at City Tower with both property manager Cushman and Wakefield and the architecture firm IA because of the team involved. Everyone is dedicated to working together and finding solutions to any problems that may arise with a positive attitude, and that is something that we truly appreciate. Construction is not the most glamorous industry, but with the right people on your team it can be so rewarding! So thank you to everyone involved in this project, we can’t wait for the next one!
