
Challenge
Take a fully occupied space and completely redesign and refurbish it with as little disruption to the tenant’s business as possible.
Solution
We dedicated a project manager with significant prior experience in refurbishing occupied space and spent a substantial amount of time coordinating with the tenant prior to the start of construction. Matt Veltre of DBaC scheduled demolition in the off hours and had near‐constant communication with the tenant to navigate the difficult process.
Result
Their existing space was refurbished with the tenant continuing to do business in it. On time, within budget and without significant disruption.
