The project was constructed on a fully improved 11-acre site on Marine Way in the City of Irvine, adjacent to Orange County Great Park. Development included building four single-story steel-frame office and residential structures totaling approximately 113,000 square feet. The buildings and supporting sitework were specifically designed and constructed to accommodate treatment programs addressing homelessness, mental health challenges, and medical addictions. The campus is operated by Mind OC, an Orange County–based nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding mental health and wellness resources throughout the region. The total construction cost for the project was approximately $87 million.
The campus design emphasizes a modern, welcoming environment that supports both treatment and community connection. High Tech integrated indoor program spaces with expansive outdoor areas, including classrooms, gathering spaces, and activity zones. Extensive site development and landscaping incorporate gardens, walking paths, open lawn areas, and regionally appropriate plantings to create a calming and restorative setting. Recreational amenities such as basketball and pickleball courts were also included to promote physical activity and social engagement as part of the overall wellness-focused campus design.
