On an accelerated timeline, a new headquarters was constructed for The Enthusiast Network—home to iconic brands such as Motor Trend, Top Gear America, and Roadkill, among others.

The space was designed to be both functional and fluid, supporting a wide range of media production needs, including photography studios and dedicated areas for classic cars and hot rods. Through constant communication between the supervision team, design team, and tenant, potential challenges were anticipated and resolved proactively.

Strategic scheduling—including selective overtime to meet inspection deadlines—helped protect contingency budgets while maintaining momentum. The result: a headquarters delivered on time, within budget, and a new home that exceeded the client’s expectations.
