A 21,000-square-foot shell building was transformed into a vibrant West Coast office for Chick-fil-A, thoughtfully designed to reflect the brand’s positive and energetic culture.

Completed in just 16 weeks, the project was driven by focused leadership and hands-on supervision from DBaC, Inc.. The team maintained 12-hour workdays throughout construction, with senior leadership and on-site superintendents ensuring precision and momentum at every stage.

The build integrated DIRTT storefront systems, floating soffits throughout the space, and more than 100 unique finishes—resulting in a dynamic, welcoming, and highly detailed workplace tailored to the Chick-fil-A brand.
