DBaC completed the ground-up construction of a three-story, 9,700 SF mixed-use development in Newport Beach's Balboa Peninsula district. The project transformed multiple aging commercial and residential structures into a contemporary coastal building featuring three street-front retail suites, three luxury residential lofts, private rooftop decks, elevator access, EV-capable parking, and modern architectural finishes. The project required full site redevelopment, structural construction, MEP systems, life-safety systems, and high-end exterior detailing within a dense urban beach community.
