The Garden

DBaC completed the ground-up construction and site development for The Garden in Newport Beach, a modern mixed-use coastal development located along Pacific Coast Highway. The project included new steel and wood-framed structures, extensive site grading and utility coordination, hardscape and landscape improvements, exterior gathering areas, accessibility upgrades, and detailed architectural finishes designed to complement the upscale coastal setting. The development integrated contemporary residential and commercial spaces with carefully planned outdoor environments, circulation pathways, and streetscape improvements to create a refined, pedestrian-oriented experience along PCH.
