CasaDami

The project included demolition of existing interiors, construction of new steel stud partition walls, custom pony walls and iron fencing, upgraded restrooms, a new service bar and kitchen, indoor dining areas, and a 521 SF exterior patio designed for open-air seating and guest experience. The build also incorporated new lighting, storefront modifications, accessibility upgrades, mechanical coordination, and detailed finish integration to create a contemporary café and bar environment tailored to the Newport waterfront setting.
