We completed a 4,820 sq ft. renovation of the existing dining and bistro facilities at Regents Point, transforming multiple hospitality spaces to enhance the resident experience. Including a full renovation of the existing bistro, construction of a new bar within the fellowship hall, creation of a new outdoor dining venue with a shade canopy structure, and upgrades to the existing patio dining areas. The work required extensive coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, food service, and landscape improvements within an occupied senior living community
