Malarky’s Pub Expansion

Renovation, tenant improvements, and expansion for Malarky’s Irish Pub in Newport Beach, modernizing the longtime local landmark while preserving its energetic coastal atmosphere. The project included interior and exterior upgrades, accessibility improvements, updated dining and bar areas, new finishes, patio expansion, and coordinated building system improvements to create a refreshed guest experience for one of Newport Beach’s most iconic social destinations.
