CHOC Portfolio

DBaC is proud to be partnering with CHOC/Rady Children's Health – Orange County on a large-scale physician office relocation and workplace modernization program designed to create a consistent, efficient, and collaborative environment for healthcare professionals throughout the organization.

This project is built on a longstanding relationship between DBaC and PCCRE, the property management team for Commerce Tower, that spans nearly three decades. Throughout that time, DBaC has partnered with property management on numerous improvements, including developing the building's standard finish schedule, renovating restrooms across all 12 floors, and completing the majority of tenant improvement projects throughout the campus. When the recent integration of CHOC and Rady Children's Hospital created the need to reorganize operations on a large scale, DBaC's extensive knowledge of the building and trusted partnership made us a natural choice to collaborate with the design team on this transformative initiative.

Spanning approximately 100,000 square feet across 11 suites within the Commerce Tower campus in Orange, California, the program will be completed over six phases during an 18-month construction schedule. It represents a significant investment in the physicians, specialists, and support staff who provide exceptional pediatric care to children and families across Southern California.
