Challenge

Redesign a warehouse facility to accommodate state‐of‐ the‐art high tech manufacturing. The existing facility needed massive updating – new interior and half of the roof replaced plus new utilities to the building and an interior designed and built for high-valued machinery.

Solution

Knowing the massive remodel- combined with the sophisticated nature of the equipment- would cause many unforeseen challenges, DBaC used focused and committed supervision to identify problems before they arose. Our supervision was intense with our most senior Project Manager on site every day working diligently.
